Returns & Refunds

Who covers the return shipping cost?
If the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping. If you're returning for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.

Are the mecha kits official products?
We specialize in third-party mecha kits, which are independently designed and produced by various manufacturers. These are not official Bandai/Gunpla products but offer unique designs and premium articulation.
Do the kits come pre-assembled?
No, all of our kits require assembly. Some may require painting or additional customization, depending on the model.
Are tools or glue required?
Most kits are snap-fit, meaning glue is not necessary. However, we recommend hobby tools such as nippers, files, and panel lining markers for the best building experience.

Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request a cancellation. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you can initiate a return after receiving the item.
What if my order arrives damaged or has missing parts?
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If there are any issues, do not open the plastic bag containing the parts. Take clear photos of the packaging and contents, and contact us immediately for assistance.
